The JCMM  once again prepared the opportunity for a mock test  Assessment Centre (AC), one of the forms of the selection process. Thanks to services of the Career guidance centre, all  of the participants could try out model situations, demonstrations of teamwork, diagnostics in the form of various tests, interviews, and introductions of other candidates.

The form of AC varies. Is it possible to prepare in advance? What can I experience with AC? What shall I focus on? Marcela Leugnerová, who works at the Department of Psychology at the Faculty of Social Studies of Masaryk University, has experience with candidates selection processes in companies. She took on the fourth role of Chief Evaluator at the mock AC. Try the Assessment Centre in a secure JCMM environment.
