About the project

The multifunctional scanning probe microscopy probe developed in this project represents an innovative microscopic tool enabling the characterization, local modification, and preparation of nanostructures in situ of the chamber of a scanning electron microscope. This is facilitated by interchangeable multifunctional tips designed for the delivery of working media, intense laser light, and control of the potential difference between the tip and the sample.

 

Why science?

I am fascinated by exploring the world around us and trying to understand how it works and what it is based on. At the same time, practically oriented research allows me to apply creativity and a desire to solve problems in its various components.

 

What do I like most about Brno

For me, Brno is a university city with a perfect atmosphere, but at the same time, it is a city full of opportunities.
