About the project
Automatic processing of images is crucial for biomedical research to ensure reproducible and high-quality results. My project therefore aims for development of a reliable and robust method for cell segmentation in large-volume multidimensional image data, while concentrating mainly on its time efficiency and low computational requirements.
Why science?
Because I love exploring and discovering. (And I can't run business.)
What do I like most about Brno
Because it is a unique mix of science, culture, and young people's enthusiasm.
