About the project

Spatiotemporal function estimation is a general and common problem solved in the area of Signal processing. Solutions to this problem are applicable in geostatistics, astronomy, telecommunication systems planning, weather forecast and further. The aim of this project is to develop methods solving this problem and combine them with methods for localization in the given environment-space to enhance the prediction quality.

 

Why science?

I consider scientific research to be a good way to deepen my knowledge and abilities in terms of solving signal processing problems. I plan to use the gained insight and experience to solve further practical problems in cooperation between industry and academia.

 

What do I like most about Brno

It is my hometown. Moreover, I like the size of Brno not being too small or too big. I admire the complex public transportation system, technology centres, social programmes and I believe there are many good people living here.
