About the project
Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is an analytical method which has found many applications in biology and medicine. However, NMR has rather low sensitivity. The aim of this project is to create a system that will increase the sensitivity of NMR using Dynamic Nuclear Polarization (DNP). It will allow us to perform electron spin resonance, NMR and DNP experiments on solid, liquid and biological samples and observe the results almost in real time.
Why science?
Because since childhood, I love exploring the world around us and discovering the principles on which it works.
What do I like most about Brno
In Brno, I like the beautiful architecture of historic buildings in the city center, as well as the number of parks everywhere else and the possibility of trips to nature located just outside the city. I am glad that I have the opportunity to live and work here.
