About the project

The project is dedicated to create and verify a new method for effective description of regulatory mechanisms in non-model organisms. The first part addresses the gene regulatory network proposal using the mutual information. The project follows general motifs searching and reconstruction of a biological network for non-model organisms. The acquired method will be applied primarily to the Clostridium beijerinckii species.

 

Why science?

In 10 years I have seen myself in a top research team that will deal with current problems and effective solutions of these problems.

 

What do I like most about Brno

I like Brno because it is such a world of its own among the surrounding cities. In addition, students and people with enthusiasm in technical fields come together here, which is great.
